Plant of Cameri - Plant revamping that produces molecules of active ingredients, in environments of explosive solvents and also toxic to health, with possible emissions into the atmosphere of VOC (volatile organic substances). We have been commissioned to participate in the drafting of the SEVESO revised downwards to significantly lower the emission parameters with a consequent improvement in the emission and danger situation. The aim of our specialists was to align various technological solutions, to verify which was the most convenient in order to reduce, almost to cancel them, the emission parameters, with repercussions on the ground and soil impregnation. One of the improvements taken into consideration was the installation of a VOC interception system by means of a liquid nitrogen evaporation plant, at very low temperatures, through which the VOCs are instantly solidified and collected, eliminating their emissions into the atmosphere and the consequent impregnating fallout. on the land.
