This plant has been specifically designed for the treatment of aggressive and / or dangerous fluids and solids including medical and / or hospital waste and has been designed to offer maximum production capacity and guarantee maximum safety for operators thanks to a high level of automation.
For us only from the use of the plasma torch there is the mathematical certainty of eliminating any risk of pathogens escaping and, therefore, being able to offer a total relief of responsibility for the operators involved.
Through the Chemical Empowering system, the waste is introduced as it is and stirred continuously before being directly sprayed into the plasma torch chamber while the solid waste is pulverized before following the same fate as the waste.
All the air present in the vacuum environment is introduced into the plasma torch without the possibility of leaks.
The complete replacement takes place within a few minutes.
The liquids possibly present in the solid fraction are collected and conveyed to an accumulation silo where they are added to the liquid waste.
From the torch, however, only a lava that can be molded into objects of common use, and syngas with a very high level of purity, will come out.
Our system is not cold, does not use incinerators and applies plasma technology for the final inertization of waste. The syngas released from the organic component should fully cover the energy needs of the entire system once they are fed into the internal combustion engine to produce electricity.
