Our approach philosophy is totally innovative and sees in waste not a problem to be tackled, but an opportunity to be seized. Our Enhancement Platform ^{(Asbestos – Industrial acid wastes – concrete)} was created to supply the need of asbestos elimination, once and for all.

The platform has been enriched with components to become a zero emissions plant inside which we can treat, definitively, asbestos, industrial acid wastes, sanitary wastes, sludges, plastics and organic wastes.

For the complete destruction of the asbestos fibers contained in plaster, cement and mortar, after initial crushing in appropriate special mills, it is adopted for the first time an innovative system able to accelerate the dissociation of the cement from the asbestos cement to allow the subsequent destruction of asbestos fibers. This destruction splits the asbestos in the elements that compose it and thus allows obtaining usable and therefore marketable metals and chemicals.

The chance, depending on availability, to vary the industrial acids and / or food wastes to be used in conjunction with asbestos allows us to get fully marketable materials with total recovery of the metals contained.

We obtained a similar flexibility in secondary processing lines thanks to a special gasifier, designed with the CSM of Rome, equipped with 3 reactors capable of working individually or together with 3 different matrices simultaneously and thanks to a 1 MW plasma torch, used in the queue of the process, and suitable to inertize any waste or products which cannot be treated in any other way on the working cycles.

Inside our plant project, we have also included a chemical laboratory with full equipment control and analysis to provide all necessary information to the authorities involved in audits and to carry out immediate checks.

- Fresh desalted water
